The bridal and groom eloped from South Australia to have a beautiful beach wedding. Sarah Tovey and Andrew Ness exchanged vows and rings in a quite beach wedding ceremony  at Palm Cove in August. Sarah’s sister Rhiannon and her fiancee Andrew were there to share in the joyful occasion and as part of the bridal party. Obviously Sarah and Andrew have a relaxed down to earth relationship, they just want to have laugh and have fun. They were very taken with our life style up here in the north and said they were definitely coming back, I hope they do.
